Jon Payne

Jon joined our Bournemouth office in January 2005 having previously been called to the Bar in 2003. He has over 17 years experience of local authority matters.

He has experience of matters before local authorities, magistrates courts and in the High Court and is recommended by the Legal 500 Guide to the legal profession

Based in Oxfordshire, he practices throughout the country.

His main planning work areas include;

• - Providing representation at planning enquiries and appeals
• - Defending Planning Enforcement actions
• - Preparing and submitting Planning Applications
• - Reviewing and commenting on LDFs
• - Liaising with local authorities on planning matters
